Based on CASEL’s five social/emotional learning (SEL) competencies (which refers to EQ), beta testing has just been completed and met with rave reviews. Now, you are invited to participate in Team Transformation: Reaching Full Potential. This interactive program, for you and your team, includes 11 sessions blending professional growth and coaching. You will have a foundation level in EQ followed by monthly coaching sessions to support you with step by step implementation for staff and managers. You connect the dots to specific team goals while creating synergy and forward momentum.
